ALK pays dividends taking into account actual earnings, risk management, strategy and investment plans.
For the financial year 2009, the Board of Directors proposes a dividend of DKK 5 per share of DKK 10.
For the financial year 2008, ALK paid out dividend at a levet of of DKK 5 per share of DKK 10.
For the financial year 2007, ALK paid out dividend at an extraordinary level of DKK 33 per share of DKK 10.
For the financial year 2006 covering September 1 to December 31, 2006, ALK paid out dividend at a level of DKK 2 per share of DKK 10.
For the financial year 2005/06, ALK paid out dividend at a level of DKK 5 per share of DKK 10.
For the financial year 2004/05, ALK paid out dividend at a level of DKK 5 per share of DKK 10.
Furthermore, in October 2005, ALK paid out an extraordinary dividend of DKK 395 per share in connection with the divestment of the Chr. Hansen Ingredients business.
