ALK's latest Employee Survey shows impressive results, and compared to benchmarks in all the countries we operate, we generally stand out above average. The Employee Survey took place in spring 2011 and 87% of all employees participated by giving their opinion of ALK as a work place.
The results reveal that, while achieving business success, ALK also succeeds in creating an attractive workplace with challenges and scope for employee performance and development. Performance Culture is a key focus area in our business where individual goal agreements and personal development plans play an important role so it is satisfying to see that the ALK employees feel that their department is producing results and that they know which goals they are expected to achieve (see list with top 5 questions).
Going forward ALK will continue to focus on professional and personal development, because ALK is and wants to remain a place where employees experience attention on their development and career. Also with ALK’s presence in 15 countries, we want to continuously focus on strengthening our co-operation across departments and countries.
