Doing business and behaving the ALK Way 

In ALK, we continuously aim to be recognised as the world’s leading company in specific allergy treatment. To ensure this, every employee should be committed to the “ALK Way” of conducting business that is consistent with our company values and ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws. This requires highly qualified and responsible management and employees.

ALK’s Code of Conduct aims to support a working environment where daily business is conducted with professionalism, honesty and integrity, and in the best interests of ALK and our stakeholders. In our Code of Conduct, we adhere to the UN Global Compact’s 10 principles in the areas of human and labour rights, environment and anti-corruption. These principles have become a global frame of reference in the CSR area.

The observation of the Code of Conduct rests upon all employees. All managers are responsible for ensuring that each individual employee is informed about the content of the Code of Conduct and the importance of adhering to it.

While the Code of Conduct provides guidance about the standards of business conduct, it cannot address every situation. As a result, the Code of Conduct is not a substitute for exercising careful judgement.
