During 2009 a long-term Global SHE Strategy was prepared by the global SHE organization and approved by Board of Management. The strategy describes which overall areas ALK will focus on the next 5 years and the global goals for these areas. Furthermore, the strategy point out some supportive key activities and actions to reach the long-term goals.
Long-term goals (year 2014)
· The energy consumption (in absolute numbers) is less or
equal to the 2008-level
· The CO2 emission is reduced at least by 15% compared to
the 2008-level
· The number of days of absent per employee due to work
related absence is less than in 2008
